Description
Attend a moon cycle-themed sound bath class. A sound bath is an immersive, full-body listening experience that uses therapeutic sounds and vibrations to help restore harmony in the mind, body and spirit. Embrace the aura of the supermoon and help ease tension in this special sound bath class. All levels are welcome.
We recommend participants bring their own blanket and pillow to class.
