At Lake Forest Wellness (formerly Dr. Fishman & Associates), Dr. Elizabeth Fishman and Nancy Watson help clients feel healthier, happier and perform better at home, school and work. Although the Lake Forest Wellness team serves clients of all ages, Dr. Fishman and Ms. Watson specialize in children and families. Please join them for an interactive discussion about how to build resilience in children and families, while teaching them how to thrive and adapt.
