ChamberChecks are redeemable at any Chamber member store or eatery in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff. Enter as many times as you like—the winner will be selected on 1/5/15.

Save your receipts
Simply tuck your original receipts dated Dec. 1-31 inside an envelope.

When you have $250 worth of receipts tuck them in an envelope with this form and drop it by the Chamber office during business hours (10 am-4 pm, Mon-Fri) After reviewing your receipts chamber staff will shred them or return them to you and will enter you in the drawing.
RULES: Retail & food purchases only (subject to sales tax). Purchase of autos excluded. May be paid for by cash, credit card or house charge. Only original store receipts dated 12/1-12/31/14 are accepted. Receipts must include name of business and may only be submitted once. Receipts for credit purchases must be store receipts, not swiped credit slips. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. All entries must be submitted by noon January 5, 2015.
