Tween Yoga Workshop
Description
The social, emotional and physical health benefits of yoga are available to people of all ages. This workshop is designed for your tween (ages 8-13) to learn the basics of a yoga practice. Through the use of gentle sequencing, yoga games, music and story, we can learn to feel at home in our own skin and at ease in our own minds. We will learn basic vinyasa flow, balance poses and tips for meditation. Join us for this 75 minute introductory workshop ending with a yoga nidra.
