Virtual Chair Yoga (Virtual Program)
Join Wendy Dahl, Director and co-owner of Blue Sun Yoga, for a series of virtual chair yoga classes. These sessions are accessible to everyone with modifications and variations provided throughout. Chair yoga will help you strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and flexibility, expand your lung capacity and find a deeper sense of mindfulness and relaxation all from the comfort of your home. All you need is a sturdy chair (folding chair is fine) on a non-slip surface.
