Meg has personally experienced the benefits and trials of being a franchise owner and entrepreneur. She will address the lingering concerns about the economy, which has shifted the direction of executive level hiring. We will discuss the realities of job security, creating your own executive role, and the benefits you can expect being “The Boss”. Meg Schmitz is a solution-oriented and dynamic franchise professional with 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, 9 years as a franchise consultant, and 11 years as a franchise business owner.
With a focus on the individual’s professional and financial goals, Meg specializes in coaching and consulting on a very personal level. With a special focus on skill areas of Leadership, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, Meg can map a future plan that identifies the right business opportunity to maximize financial and personal rewards.
With a degree in Counseling Psychology and work as a certified mediator and hospice volunteer, Meg has become attuned to the importance of asking the right questions and listening, which allows her candidates to hone their questions and concerns about business ownership into a refined investigation.
