Love is in the air for this program laced with romance. Turina’s Scene Andalouse is luxurious and playful, while Morris’s Four Personalities explores the expressive side of the relationship between colors. “My loving wife Clara and I invite you to hear her six songs, beautifully sung through the voice of the oboe. I wrote my contrasting and vigorous Piano Quintet in a fit of inspiration for my virtuoso wife to premiere.”
