Learn how to make an amazing paella with all the tricks and tips and have it on your table ready to eat in 20 minutes! Grab a glass (or bottle) of wine or your favorite beverage, and join me as I show you how to make incredibly delicious paella. You will learn about rices that can be used, seasonings, broth and how to make the “sofrito,” the flavor base of any paella! I will also tell you how and where to find fresh ingredients to bring your paella to life. Dessert: Lime Mousse with Meringue Cup
