"Welcome Christmas" Lake County Symphony Orchestra

There's no better way to celebrate the Christmas season than with stellar orchestral music! We are so excited to be back in the gorgeous James Lumber Center at The College of Lake County in only two weeks. If you've attended a "Welcome Christmas" program with us in the past then you know how amazing these nights are. If you've never been before than what better time to start creating precious musical memories than now?

This year we are thrilled to bring you Christmas music from around the world! We have a "German Carol Festival," "Russian Christmas Music" by Alfred Reed, "Greensleeves" by English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams, "Carol of the Bells" from Ukraine, the American Christmas Classic "Sleigh Ride" by Leroy Anderson, and more! We will also have a silent auction on site and a raffle to conduct "Sleigh Ride" at the end of the concert (which might just be our favorite part)! We hope you'll consider making us a part of your Christmas season.
