Integration of exercise science expertise with Pilates offers a unique, comprehensive program devoted to clients' individual needs, with an emphasis on healing back pain. Holly has over 18 years of experience helping clients whose goals range from preparation for upcoming competitive sporting events; a desire to stay toned and fit; and/or rehabilitation from serious illness or injury. Hanzel Holistic Fitness Studio specializes in individualized conditioning to improve overall health and fitness for clients of all ages. Personal Training and Pilates are combined to employ myriad techniques that increase clients' agility, athletic performance, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and well-being.
