The Exercise Coach offers one-on-one personal strength training with 20 Minute Workouts twice a week to improve overall health. We shift the traditional fitness paradigm from movement quantity to muscle quality. Our fitness equipment incorporates one-of-a-kind patented bio-sensitive technology that's pre-programmed to monitor, provide feedback and adjust to an individual's progress during every workout.
We opened in 2012, are family owned, located in Bannockburn Green, and take pride in getting to know, understand and help our clients achieve their personal fitness goals. We offer four free sessions with no obligation to experience a new approach to better health.
