The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises to help men and women lengthen, tone, and strengthen the entire body. We also have a cycle studio where our cycling classes provide an awesome aerobic workout, with our signature focus on form and alignment.
The studio is over 4,000 SF, and features 2 light filled studios, full locker room facilities, a staffed kid's room, free parking, and a large retail selection with our favorite sport and lifestyle brands.
Our studio in Lake Forest will help people achieve the longer, leaner, and more fit bodies they seek- in a caring, encouraging, and non-competitive atmosphere.
